hehe yep i did, thought it was weird our ranking dissappeared. so some did came back ah! now i'm hearing about it cause i didn't check. too bad the most viewed didn't show up oh well...

4 Youtube isn't what it used to be.  It sucked that the rankings have disappeared (some of them at least) and there SHOULD be something to have like the highest rankings that some clips reached....like the Hey Clip...and others that were once on the pinnacle but have just gotten older and been surpassed by newer clips.

Come and gone!  2 more days til Xmas!

Yesterday was a busy day at work....I even ended up staying later - like 2 hours later!  But, it was absolutely worth it.

I haven't heard from John about the Jewish Agency stuff yet. 

Ok now I am tired. 

Part of me already regrets remotely getting back in NR.  They are already pushing me.  They fucking removed me from the Senate...illegally.  I know why Modianus did it.  He got caught with his pants down.  Do those bastards even know who I am and that I will not give in to their posturing?  Well this isn't over yet.

On a more serious note.  Jewlicious was reporting that today Sderot experienced its worse barriage of rockets since THE CEASEFIRE started!  How fucking ironic is that!  Ceasefire - doesn't that mean they are supposed to stop bombings?

Well I sent a note to both Tasha and Dishka to make sure they are Ok (I hope they are not there at the moment and are safe).

I have been wondering about this...especially this year.  Does it really feel like Christmas?  Usually I enjoy getting an Xmas tree...and going shopping...and wrapping up gifts and such...for friends and family..but this year...totally different feeling.  It does not feel like the holiday season - nor is there any motivation to decorate my house.  It really feels surreal.  Does it feel like a holiday season to you?

1 I completely agree. It certainly does not feel very merry this holiday season and I can't quite put my finger on as to why that is. We don't even have a tree this year! For me it's either because of the economy or relationships, then again we did just get a year supply of snow overnight and more to come. In any case I would like to wish you and yours a merry christmas and happy new years!

Yeah!  I hear you.  Well the economic troubles have not affected me (knock on wood) but I don't have a tree this year and never even had a desire to get one.  I do need to get more Hanukkah candles today.  I am just looking forward to 4 days off...for Xmas and another 4 days for New Years.

I agree, this doesnt feel like christmas this year.

I have the tree, am doing the baking.. And it feels forced.

You know more reasons than anyone.  Economy blows, so we really didn't do shopping.. And the situation with our daughter. Its 6 days before Christmas.. or is it 5? We havent heard from her in weeks. 

So yeah.. Ummm lets hope for a speedy year to make next year better

In less than two days Chanukah begins!  It really is the end of the year.  Wow...just wow..how fast time flew.

I know earlier in the year...as I was building up for the trip..time seemed so SOOO slow...almost going backwards at times...Then the trip happened...and instantly time just flew by!  One second - the trip was over...2 seconds - the election happened...and I ended back up in NR.  3 seconds and now it is almost 2009!

At Thanksgiving with my sister and her family...I said to them...and to myself...hopefully this will be my last Thanksgiving in the US.  I so very much hope that is the case.   I hope that by next year...my car and house will be sold...and I will be settled in the Holy Land....I want it to be.  I miss that sense of community and involvement that seemed so present there in Israel.  

And on the Muqata I learned something interesting.  Nefesh B'Nefesh has a program that if an Olim is willing to live up north the state will give you $25k and a car for two years!  This on top of the other benefits that one would receive.  Now granted, depending on how far north one goes the more dangerous it could become (we all know another war is coming) but still it is food for thought - if job opportunities are available!
